The upstairs system is in need of a TXV for a 3 ton Amana. Part is under warranty and is in stock in the warehouse. Labor costs will apply. The downstairs system is in need of many repairs if keeping the equipment is the being considered. Blower capacitor is under manufactures specification. Condensation pump is aged and has much built up inside. Vinyl tubing for the pump is brittle and has had much build up as well. There is no type of flood prevention switch existing. Refrigerant 22 level is low causing an abnormally high superheat temperature.
