Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Found main level system with bad thermostat, bad condensate pump, bad dual fuel board, bad control board. (lightning strike) Cannot further test system unless those parts are replaced. Found bad blower capacitor in basement system. Replaced basement blower capacitor. Due to age of main level system and cost of repairs, recommend upgrading main level system. Customer will talk to husband regarding options.
