Performed cooling maintenance checked electrical, mechanical components, dusted electrical cabinet, chemical washed unit, client had changed filter before visit. Found dirty blower wheel recommend to pull and clean. Found dirty evaporator recommend to clean in place. Found microbial growth inside evaporator coil recommend adding,pureairx for indoor air quality. Recommend adding surge protectors to both units. System is operating and cooling at this time.
