Heating maintenance in Cumming. Tested operation of 2 furnaces. All components tested within normal manufacturing spec. Discovered upstairs system not heating efficiently and is under firing. Furnace needs to be calibrated for proper efficiency. Neither system is up to code as they do not have water safeties to help prevent flooding in the case of common drain line clogs. Homeowner declined repairs as he is looking to replace everything in the spring.
