Since customer got 2 platinum packages, it will come with two years of maintenance, covering the year of 2018 and 2019. If customer wants to renew maintanence plan, she will be up for renewal summer of 2020. Found no surge protection, recommend adding on to protect units from lightning strikes and power surges.
