Performed 2 system heating maintenance. Systems just installed in 2016. All parts in perfect condition. Operation on both systems is normal. Changed filters. Flushed drain lines and added bleach tablets. Tested safety switches for normal operation. Plenums were also replaced and show no signs of mold growth. Highly recommend surge protectors for new furnaces to protect electrical components from damage. Both systems operating normal at this time.
