Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Found bad thermostat on the downstairs system. Checked system and found to be old and needs to be upgraded. Found upstairs system leaking refrigerant and is 19 yrs old. Setup for a consultant to come out and go over options. Replaced the thermostat on the downstairs system. Found weak flame sensors worn ignitors and weak controllers. Downstairs is cooling ok for now.
