Complete 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filters. dusted out furnace cabinets. Cleared barometric tubing and cleaned inducer ports and pressure switch ports. Cleared drain lines. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found upstairs furnace with a weak blower capacitor (7.5uf). Recommend repair. Found upstairs blower wheel to be dirty, recommend blower wheel pull and clean. Found downstairs furnace with worn ignition. Found downstairs furnace with weak blower capacitor (7.5 uf) and dirty blower wheel. Recommend repairs and blower wheel cleaning. Added drain pan treatment into both systems. Special order part 100 charge is for drain pan treatments as we don't yet have a task for them in the system. Found mold in the upstairs system, recommend uv lighting to kill mold, bacteria, germs and viruses for improved air quality. Systems are heating at this time.
