Arrived on site to install new coil and preform the maintenance on second system. Installed new aluminum evaporator coil in the downstairs system under warranty. Brazed refrigerant lines and pressure tested system, pulled vacuum to remove moisture from the lines. Charged system to manufacture spec with new R410a refrigerant. Maintenance; downstairs, cleared out drain line and condensation pump, checked all electrical connections and amp draw filter is still okay. Outside I cleaned the condenser coil, checked amp draw and capacitance on motors, made sure charge was correct Upstairs, Checked all electrical connections and amp draw, and cleared condensation line. Outside I checked refrigerant pressures, all electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance for all motors. Cleaned condenser coil. Both units operating within manufacture spec.
