Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check.. Changed filter. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found weak blower capacitor, replaced it. Added chlorine tablets to condensate pump. Chemically washed condenser coil. Tested indoor air quality and meter reading stated poor. Recommend pureairx air purifier to kill bacteria, germs, viruses and volatile organic compounds for improved air quality. System is cooling at this time.
