Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check.No cool upstairs system. Found the system not cooling because the capacitor was bad. Replaced capacitor and found refrigerant levels to be off. Subcooling is supposed to be 10 degrees according to manufacture's specs and it was only at 3 degrees. Recharged the system with 1 lb r410a.
