Issue with cooling unit in Dacula Georgia on the upstairs system . •Upstairs cooling system is down . Found the indoor coil is very rusty and the supply air box has lots of biological growth in the air stream . Took videos and showed the family . Also the outside system is burned out on the wire terminals and on the dual start cap . Would highly recommend adding a new dual start cap with a compressor saver to help add longevity to the equipment. Family is going with the recommended repair and with the UV light in the air coil . Installed new dual start cap , compressor saver and UV light to pictures. Repair today has a 2 year warranty. Thank you . •Also completed the heating maintenance on 2 systems . Filter size is 16x25x1 on both systems . Checked heating integrity. Checked heating elements and burners .
