Inspection Dacula. Completed inspection on 2 systems. Main floor system is 7 years old and heating and cooling properly. System upstairs is 1 year old and heating and cooling properly. Systems have no water safety and air quality is not great. Suggest adding 2 forms of water safety on each system and installing electro static filter to better filter air of dust hair and spores. Also suggest installing UV air treatment systems to sterilize air and kill bacteria viruses and chemicals that could cause harm to residents health.
