No heat Dacula. Completed diagnostic. Found furnace working on arrival. Flame sensor scratched up. Ignitor good. Inducer running slightly high amps. Blower wheel is very dirty. Capacitor is weak. System has no water safety. There is evidence of cracks in heat exchanger. System is 26 years old. Needs to be replaced. Customer declining repairs for now.
