Two system heat tune-up in Dacula. Arrived on site, changed filter, checked ignition systems, electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Upstairs: found old equipment, coil is corroded and has potential to develop a leak in the refrigerant system. Only one form of water safty, inducer motor drawing higher than normal amp. Found dirty blower assembly and static pressure across evaporator coil is higher than normal indicating a dirty evaporator coil. Recommended pulling and cleaning both evaporator coil and blower assembly. Outside unit found weak capacitor and burnt and pitted contactor, recommend replacing. Due to age and condition of system, I recommend replacing equipment. Main level, found unit from 2019. Recommended installing surge protector to both indoor and outdoor units as well as compressor assist kit to protect compressor. Both systems are operating at this time.
