Ac maintenance in Dacula, Georgia. One system. Changed filter. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found weak dual capacitor (45/5 mfd). Found electrical pitting present on main electrical switch. Recommend repairs. System does not have a hard start kit installed, recommend installing hard start kit to reduce load on compressor so it starts smoother, runs smoother and therefore lasts longer. Refrigerant pressures are slightly off. Recommend topping off refrigerant (r410a). Chemically washed condenser coil. Recharged system, replaced dual capacitor, replaced main electrical switch, installed hard start kit and installed surge protection for full system. System is cooling at this time.
