Warranty call back. Complete heating pm check but customer call back and saying heating system stay on while call for cooling. Test and find NEST tstat not operating. Calling for cooling but tstat not calling for O to operate. Need to replace NEST tstat. Customer will order new warranty tstat and put it in. Told customer that is still do not work. Call Vu to come back and check on system and set up.
