2 furnace pm check complete. Changed upstairs filter. Didn't change main level filter. Customer's daughter's room is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Checked ductwork and it is the longest duct run from the system, branching off of another duct. The duct also has a lower insulation value. All current ductwork is r5.8, which is not optimal. Recommend ductwork renovation to increase comfort and efficiency of upstairs system. We can do a full ductwork renovation for $1750 or we can rerun a new duct to daughter's room for $500. Down stairs system is operating with worn ignition system and weak flame safety, recommend replacing those parts. Systems are heating at this time.
