The upstairs starter is weak, reading 28 of 35 mfd rating. The downstairs starter is getting weak 28 of 30 mfd rating. suggest adding compressor saver for both systems. Owner wants to wait on repairs. Replaced upstairs furnace ignition. Both systems are cooling at this time.
