1 furnace pm check complete. Changed filter. Tested static pressure, its reading 1.01 w.c. When max static pressure for furnace is rated for 0.5 w.c. System's return air is under sized. System has no water safety and is therefore not up to code, recommend adding on. Found dirty blower wheel with pieces of foam stuck on wheel. Removed foam bits but I do recommend a deep clean on the blower wheel/ assembly. High static pressure is causing the motor to operate at a high amp draw. Gas valve is operating at a higher than maximum amp draw. Found rust on evaporater coil. Due to age and condition of furnace, recommend upgrading to a more reliable, more efficient furnace. Also the heating/ cooling systems are mismatched. Evaporater coil is a c width coil (21 inches) and furnace is d width (24.5 inches). System is heating at this time.
