Complete 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Check and find Trane furnace lock out on safety due to pressure stuck open. Reset system and system operating but pressure switch worn and not closing properly. Find ignition is worn and flame sensor weak reading below 1.3. The system furnace control board also not resetting properly. Furnace blower assembly very dirty. System gas line not up to code and flue pipe, not code. Due to system age and wear on equipment. Need to replace and not repair. Customers need an estimate to upgrade the system and move the system into the attic.
