Arrived on site to preform one system maintenance. Indoor: checked all wiring and connections, checked amp draw and capacitance on blower motor, filter is new. Blew out drain line. Outside: checked amp draw and capacitance on motors, checked all wiring, made sure refrigerant pressures were within manufacture spec, cleaned off outdoor coils. Unit is operating within manufacture spec at this time.
