No cool main level system. Found bad blower capacitor causing system to not turn on. Replaced blower capacitor and system is cooling at this time. Found mold inside air handler, recommend pureairx air pump to kill mold, bacteria, germs and viruses for improved air quality. Recommend surge protection to protect equipment from power surges.
