No cool 20 year old heatpump system in flowery branch. Check and find Armstrong Evaporator coil in atttic freezing up and leaking charge. Find system housing dirty, and water in side system and drain pan, customer have no water protection in attic. Find heatpump system operating with worn pitted contactor, and compressor operating with high power usages. System 20 year old operating in poor conditions, suggest to replace system and not repair. Customer want to add charge for today visit and also need consultation visit.
