A/c repair call. On site, the client stated the system not cooling past 75 found low refrigerant charge. Checked for leak found a leak in the evaporator coil. After diagnosing leak went to adjust charge and condensing fan motor had gone out. Replaced fan motor under warranty adjusted charge. The system is now operating and cooling at this time. Need to schedule a comfort advisor to come out Wednesday, July 1st after 10 am.
