Heating maintenance Gainesville. Completed 3 system maintenance. Upstairs and main are working good with good static pressure/air flow. Upstairs missing secondary water safety device. Changed all filters. All gas line ran properly. Upstairs does have signs of bacterial growth inside system. Recommend UV light treatment to all floors as well as electro static filter to all systems to better filter air and improve airflow in house. Basement system is 19 years old. Heating good with no water safety attached.
