No heat in Gainesville. Tested operation of 1 heat pump system. Turned system up 1 degree and system ran without bring on heat strips. Discovered systems filter clogged and changed it. Found no issues with system. Heat pumps by design are going to run longer the colder the outside temperature is and will eventually bring on heat strips after extended run time. Also upstairs system was set to 60 degrees because it is unoccupied but with no heat upstairs is a potential heat loss for the downstairs cause more load on downstairs system. System operation normal at this time.
