The technician was right on time and I was contacted when he was on his way. A photo of the technician was also sent, which is a great feature. Reece did a good job explaining what he was going to check for. When he was done he gave a good explanation of what he had found. However, that was where the service ended. There was no solution given for the problem that he found, rather I was presented with a range of service plans that I was supposed to buy. I had only wanted a heating system tune up but now I was expected to pay up to nearly $1000 for a service plan that would take care of my problems. No thanks, a service technician should be just that, not a sales person. Everything was a bit overwhelming so the technician left without fixing the problem and did not even service the air filter.
