Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Replaced filters, cleared drain and clean condenser coil. Both system has dirty blower wheel. Upstair cooling normal. Found downstair with rusty coil and low on Freon. System is phaseout and needs to be replace. Will have manager come for evaluation. Downstair not cooling properly
