Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filter. Cleared drain line. Added spray drain pan treatment into the main level evaporator coil drain pan. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found dirty blower wheel in main system, recommend blower wheel pull and clean. Chemically washed condenser coils. Recommend surge protection for air handler and mini split condenser. Tested indoor air quality and meter measured it to be poor, recommend pureairx air purifier. Installed pureairx. Installed surge protection for air handler and mini split condenser.Systems are cooling at this time.
