Heating maintenance Hoschton. Completed maintenance on 13 year old furnace. System is running good. Blower and heating elements clean. Tightened all connections. Safety switches working. Combustion is good. Gas line not ran properly to utilize sediment trap. Need to re run pipe to allow full use of trap. System would also benefit from having electro static filter and UV light treatment installed to better filter air and kill bacteria and viruses that could cause harm to residents
