Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filter. Dusted out electrical cabinets. Tested static pressure. Found high-pressure drop caused by the filter, recommend upgrading filter to pureairx filter for lower static pressure job and better filtration for improved air quality. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found equipment with no hard start kit. Recommend hard start kit to take a load off of compressor so it starts smoother, runs smoother and therefore lasts longer. Found no surge protection on equipment, recommend adding on to protect components from power surges. Washed condenser coil. The system is cooling at this time.
