1 system ac tune up complete. Left behind replacement filter. Added chlorine tablets to condensate pump and applied spray drain pan treatment to evaporator coil drain pan. Found mold in system, wiped it out for customer. Recommend pureairx air purifier to kill mold, bacteria, germs, viruses and volatile organic compounds for improved air quality. Found very rusty, corroded evaporator coil, it has the potential to cause a refrigerant leak. Chemically washed condenser coil. Tested mechanical and electrical components, found weak capacitor in heatpump, recommend repair and hard start kit. System is cooling at this time.
