Completed 1 system tune up found blower wheel and evap coil clean with no sign of rust or corrosion to indicate a possible leak. Capacitor is low and out of range which will cause the blower to fail prematurely. Filter is new. System has no backup water safety to protect system as well as house from water damage. Outdoor unit has a bush too close to the front side and needs to be cut back to allow system to breathe properly. Amps are good on motors and capacitor is good. Pressures are good according to chart. System has no compressor saver or surge protector attached. Customer declined all repairs.
