Completed 2 system tune up. Found both systems with clean blower wheels and evap coils. Upstairs coil has slight rust on joints no sign of corrosion. Both systems missing secondary water safety device to protect furnace from water damage. Both systems have standard one in filter and no air purifier. Needs electro static filter and UV air purifier to clean air and kill bacteria mold and viruses in house. Outdoor systems both have good pressures and clean coils. All motors have good amps. All electrical components good with tight connections. Systems would benefit from compressor saver installed to take load off compressor during start up and allow compressor to live longer.
