Complete 2 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Replaced filters, checked electrical and safety switches all ok at this time. Found upstair with rusty coil and coil is leaking Freon. Upstair and Downstair has worn ignition and Downstair coil is rusted aswell. Found downstair with mold growing on air box, needs air purifier. Both system is old/phaseout and needs to be replace. Will have manager come out. System is heating at this time
