Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filters. Cleared upstairs drain line. Added chlorine tablets to condensate pump. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Chemically washed condenser coils. Recommend hard start kits to reduce load on compressors so they start smoother, run smoother and therefore last longer. Systems are cooling at this time.
