Insulation is spray foam. Drip leg is installed for gas line. Basement system has had water damage from main floor basement flooding. Furnace is clean but pressure switch has failed. One long run of duct needs to be replaced. And evap coil is very rusted. Should be replaced as well. Will send estimates for those three to customer.
