•Heating issues at the Dental office in Lawrenceville Georgia. 12/1/2020. •Package system has a cracked heat exchanger and causing the system to roll out on the burners . System is not safe to operate in heating mode . Turned system off at the shut off valve on the roof top . Took video of the burners . Would highly recommend replacing the equipment. Along with the draft motor failing and making noises . Took video of the noise . Dental office is going with replacing the equipment. Going to schedule the replacement. Will schedule install and get the project started . Office will call and keep update on the date for the install . •Waiting room / reception room . System is frozen on the heat pump outside. Going to look into that issue as well . Other system is low and causing the system to freeze up . Would highly recommend a leak search and see where the equipment is leaking ... or recommend charging the system back to specks and see how it holds up and determine if it’s a b
