One system tune up in Lawrenceville. Arrived on site, changed filter and cleared barometric port. Checked ignition systems, electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Found upstairs system with warn flame sensor, a blower capacitor reading low, only one form of water safty, corroded evaporator coil, a duel run capacitor reading low in the outdoor unit as well as a burnt and pitted contactor. Recommended installing surge protector to each piece of equipment, replacing capacitors pulling and cleaning dirty blower assembly and evaporator coil as well as installing a disconnect box for the outdoor unit. At this time, the system is operating, but amp draw is high on all motors as well as many warn parts. Recommend replacing equipment due to age and condition of system.
