Heating tune up lawrenceville. Completed tune up. Master side system is 17 years old and heating decent now. Changed filter. Air flow is good. Combustion is good. Blower is very dirty. Evap coil rusted and corroded and running on r22 Freon. Recommend replacing system due to age and efficiency. Right side system 11 years old. Clean blower and coil. Changed filter. Combustion and air flow is good. Missing secondary water safety device on both systems. Missing indoor air quality systems in both. Insulation in attic is very low and needs more blown in.
