Heat tune up lawrenceville. Completed tune up on 5 year old furnace. System is running properly on arrival. Combustion and air flow are good. Blower wheel is slightly dirty. Evap coil is good. All heating and electrical components within range. Changed filter. Recommend maintenance plan as wel as secondary water safety device to protect furnace from water damage.
