Sign 1 cci plan. Complete heating maintenance in Lawrenceville. Find system with fail flame sensor. Replace flame sensor. Check and find system overheating and over size for house and duct system. System operating with high static pressure. Complete combustion calibration to help reduce temperature to prevent overheating of furnace. Reduce air flow for system to help reduce high static pressure buildup. Customer will need additional return duct to help with airflow distribution. Give customer estimate to for additional duct. Per Jeff, remove flame sensor cost and replace with comfort control care club. Customer will have additional visit in Spring to check on AC UNIT. System operating at this time.
