Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Did not change filter upstairs filter, replace downstairs filter 16x25x1. Find both cooling systems operating within manufacturer spec. Suggest hard start kit to improve start up and reduce load. Suggest replacing rusted breaker box for both outdoor unit. Suggest in line water protection upstairs system.
