Completed 2 system maintenance found both units low on refrigerant with low reading run capacitors as well as dirty blower wheels for each. Both units have no secondary water safety device. Also, the downstairs A/C has a low reading capacitor. The customer would like Garrett to come out and talk about options for replacing.
