Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Change filter, check drain and operations. Find condenser fan motor fail and ac unit shut off on safety. Need to order Lennox condenser fan motor under manufacturer warranty and under labor warranty. System off at this time. Need to schedule for Friday 22, to replace motor.
