Complete 2 system a/c repair. No cool upstairs system. Check and find condenser not operating due to faulty secondary motor controller. Replace parts under manufacturer warranty. Test and system operating at this time. The customer wants to schedule for preventative maintenance check later and also wants to look at the downstairs capacitor to see need to replace under.
