•Completed a 7 system heating maintenance in Norcross Georgia. Changed air filters . Checked the heating operation and safety. Checked heating elements/ integrity. Today was the prepaid maintenance visit. •Lennox system labeled #7 has been causing water issues. Looking over that issue today . Found the condensation pump has failed and wasn’t working consistently. Replaced pump and put new pee trap on the drain and a coupling . System is heating normal at this time . •Hanging units in the workshop would highly recommend inline water safety switches to prevent water damage on the equipment and work equipment. Blower start cap is weak on the blower motors would highly recommend replacing that electrical part to prevent future issues. Both hanging units are heating normal at this time. •Unit #6 . Has a clogged drain line that has alarmed the water safety device going to have to flush and clean the drain line . Flushing and cleaning out the drain line today . Completed and n
