Technician was on time first thing this AM. He was here most of the day. He initially diagnosed a bad board on the compressor unit, and got a new one from Trane. He couldn't get it installed or working propoerly. A few hours later he said that the whole compressor was shot. He said I needed a whole new AC system. I said that I want to get another opinion and talk more with my wife. He left with the compressor blanket left off and in the yard and he did not re-attach all the panels on the compressor unit. I had a second firm come out today for a 2nd opinion, and this technician found many of the wires diconnected in the compressor unit - it was not returned to existing condition before the Comfort Control technician left. I've been a client for 12 years. I'm unhappy. I called and Richard (the Manager) was going to send out another technicians (in 2 days) to re-evaluate and fix.
