2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check complete. Cleared upstairs drain line. Added chlorine tablets to condensate pump. Tested systems and found upstairs condenser with a pitted voltage distribution system, recommend repair. Replaced upstairs voltage distribution system. Found both compressors operating at high amperage due to age and wear over time. Recommend hard start kits to take a load off of compressors to help them start and run smoother and prolong the life of the systems. Systems are cooling at this time. Recommend surge protection to protect units from power surges.
